Welling United Football Club is expanding its Youth & Development pathway and we are looking for players of all abilities, ambitious teams and dedicated managers to join our football community.

Whether you are looking to develop your skills, enjoy the game in a positive environment, or push yourself to reach the highest level, Welling United offers a professional and supportive pathway for every player.

For those who are talented, committed and ambitious, our development structure provides a genuine opportunity to progress through competitive football, with teams competing in the Kent Youth League and the Junior Premier League, alongside a clear pathway towards our Men’s and Women’s First Teams.

Players benefit from UEFA-qualified coaching, structured development programmes and excellent facilities, with matches played across two sites in the Borough of Bexley with two high-quality 3G pitches and selected fixtures taking place inside the Welling United stadium.

As the club continues to grow, developing future first-team players is a key part of our long-term philosophy, and we are now looking for the next generation of players to be part of that journey.

We are currently recruiting boys and girls across multiple age groups, as well as full teams, managers, assistant managers and UEFA qualified coaches.
